Peaceful place, quiet except for the constructions going on opposite but it’s not all the time. Comfortable stay, they had the best bed in the room. Bathroom is so nice.
The room could have smelt fresher upon arrival however I had to ask for some air freshener and was given immediately. Staff were nice and prompt always.

Host was easy to communicate with. Assistants were friendly. Well stocked for amenities in bathroom. Very clean and spacious. Water was hot and shower was great!
Assistants should have shirts/hats/tags/a greeting with your name - SOMETHING that identifies them. A little concerning if you are pulling up in the dark at the end of a road that's mostly construction, and people just show up taking bags. Optics considering this is what happens at the airport from people who want money for unrequested services. Salt, pepper, and oil would be nice basics for kitchen. Towel hook and hamper would be nice for bathroom.

Superb apartment in Labone. Lovely area with lots of restaurants, bars, shopping etc. Francis and Bright were always at hand and were fantastic to deal with. Very spacious apartment and very quiet. We would highly recommend!! Thank you guys :)

The location is really good
The two very big construction sites in front of it. The room could have been cleaned a bit more frequently
