Staff, location and facilities
There is a smell in the masters bedroom for flat 3. If that can be fixed permanently, that will be great. Other than that, the apartment and service is 100

The apartment was clean and beautiful. All listed amenities are in place. Location is central and easy access to nearby shops and transportation. It was nice experiencing the very lively Osu vicinity.
I experienced some major inconveniences which were very discomforting. Most of these were plumbing issues and I wondered why these issues were not fixed earlier. The toilet pow was was leaking from under. Water flow to the apartment stopped on two occasions. On the second occasion, it took about 4 hours to fix it. I couldn't take my bath and the inconvenience and discomfort was much. Also, oftentimes there was nobody at the front desk to attend to urgent needs. Daniel, the from desk officer did his best.
