Kechria Bay Villas

Kechria Bay Villas took our breath away and provided us with one of the best summer experiences we have ever had. Although there are three villas, it felt as though we were in complete solitude, far away from any noise except for the soothing sound of the sea. We were able to enjoy picturesque sunsets and stunning views of the bay right below us. The villa has everything you need for a perfect holiday! Everything has been carefully thought out down to the smallest detail. Just to mention a few examples: hats are provided to protect guests from the sun, and you can find plug-in mosquito repellents in every room. We would also like to highlight the attitude of Lucia, the villa manager, who was incredibly helpful and supportive. We felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. She checked in on us several times during our time in Skiathos to make sure everything was okay. On top of that, she suggested several ways to make our stay even more convenient, such as arranging morning pastry deliveries and allowing us a late check-out at no extra charge. Another great thing is that the villa manager seems to know everyone on the island, which proved very helpful. After we had already checked out and were waiting for our flight, she suggested that we borrow the villa's towels for one last visit to the beach and simply leave them in the rental car afterwards. She even arranged for the car rental company to return them, so there was no need for us to bring them back to the villa ourselves. Without a doubt, this was one of the best places we have ever stayed. We would recommend Kechria Bay Villas without hesitation and would love to return one day.

Views and quality of property.

Location was very isolated and driving back after dark was out of the question and very dangerous. This meant we couldn’t visit any other restaurants in the evening apart from Tarsanas which is very expensive. In addition, the cleaning was excessive with the staff attending the property virtually every day and sitting just the other side of the lounge window, looking in and talking. We felt this was intrusive and not reflective of the privacy experience you expect when renting a villa.

Lucia contacted us the week prior to confirm all the details for our arrival. She also met us on arrival and spent time talking us through everything to do with the property and the island and was accessible and happy to help throughout the week. Phenomenal service all round and absolutely stunning, secluded location with breathtaking sunset views.
