The place is located very well, basically at the edge of the shopping/restaurants area of the port of Skiathos( a relaxed 10-15 minutes walking would take you all the way to the port). The terrace of the place is spacious and quite comfortable

The room is extremely small (don't even think about staying two people for more than one night MAX), and the bathroom area is in need of some renovation and refurbishing

Im ersten Moment deutlich besser als manche Bewertungen erwarten ließen. Das Zimmer ist liebevoll und tw. stylisch ausgestattet, allerdings fehlt es an Ablageflächen und speziell im Bad an Haken für die Handtücher. Aber das Bett war topp, Kühlschrank und Frühstücksutensilien vorhanden... Die Gasse ist sehr schmal und vom gegenüberliegenden Haus kann man gut ins Zimmer sehen vv. Die Terrasse, wo sich manche beschwerten, dass sie mit dem Nebenzimmer geteilt ist, ist sehr groß und eigentlich ergibt sich die Zuordnung, welche Tischgarnitur zu welchem Zimmer gehört von selbst. Die Terrasse ist abends perfekt, aber beim Frühstück brennheiß. Da mussten wir unseren Strandschirm kunstvoll einsetzen.

Man geht schon einige Stiegen nach oben und da die Tür unten immer offen war, könnte theoretisch auch jemand bis zum Zimmer kommen. Ganz einfach ist die Kommunikation mit der netten Vermieterin sprachbedingt nicht, aber sie wohnt samt Hund im selben Haus - was wohl auch unbemerktes Eindringen verhindert - und man kann sich mit ihr immer arrangieren.

Shared terrace was not private could be a problem if you get noisy people in next room as so close

Choosing accommodation for a couple of nights in Skiathos Town was hard to find but this was in a good location, close to the port and in the town

A new shower curtain and a bathroom refurb would improve the listing. Not the hosts fault, but we had very noisy neighbours coming in at 4am both nights we were there. Could not connect to the WIFI on any of our devises during our stay
