Gostaria de tecer comentários mais do que merecidos e do atendimento excepcional dos anfitriões Rossana e Cláudio! Eles foram muito amáveis conosco e nos receberam como pessoas da família! Nos sentimos como se estivéssemos em nossa casa! Tudo muito limpo e organizado! Com toda estrutura de um hostal mas uma aconchego de família! Sem contar com a localização privilegiada a principal rua do centrinho, a Caracoles. Eles nos apoiaram muito no nosso retorno da Bolívia, pois mesmo após o check-out, permitiram que deixássemos nossas malas e aguardassenos o nosso transfer no hostal. Nunca esqueceremos esse carinho e atenção e os recomendarei aos amigos e será nossa escolha de uma próxima vez! Parabéns ao Hostal Ayni

Não há nada que me desagradou

We really appreciated the great hospitality by our kind hosts. They keep the place spotlessly clean, which is really nice to have a Hostel. We had a twin room with the shared bathroom, but we never had to wait to use the shower. The water pressure is really good and there was always hot water. There’s a really big fridge that you can use that keeps drinks and other things cold. The fridge is also kept spotlessly clean. We enjoyed using the kitchen to cook our breakfast and once also dinner. It’s great. There’s always hot water available if you want to make a cup of coffee or tea. They also provide teabags and Nescafé. One of the nicest things about this place is the view. There is a gorgeous terrace with lots of places to sit and an incredible view of the big volcano. It’s sunny in the morning and nice and shady in the afternoon to enjoy a cold drink before heading into town. Shops and restaurants are literally five minutes away - the location is absolutely amazing. Truly, one of the nicest places we stayed on our trip.

Tutto. In pratica si entra a fare parte della familia non appena si entra in casa. Sergio e Rossana sono due persone eccezionali. La casa, la camera e i bagni sono molto puliti e accoglienti. Inoltre l'hostal si trova a pochi minuti da Caracoles e dalla stazione dei bus. Ho avuto necessità extra e Rossana e Sergio si sono prodigati per aiutarmi. Non potevo avere più fortuna
