La ducha el último día no funcionó bien

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! It is conveniently located near the center, but also very quiet at night. The staff was welcoming and helped make my stay memorable!

Good location, easy walk from the Main Street but far enough away to be quiet. Check in was smooth, paid for the second half of our room on arrival and was given a brief tour of rooms and shared kitchen. Extended stay due to bus bookings easily and ended up staying for 6 nights. Comfortable room and bed. Hot shower. Provided extra towels for salt flats. Easy check out.

Communication was extensive but awkward. Most messages were long voice notes (over 7 minutes for one!). Very difficult to refer back to information in a long voice note. Strongly recommend creating a PDF document with the information on the accommodation to make it easier for guests to digest it and refer back to. There was no one available for one of the days and unfortunately that was the day that I realised that there was no spare loo roll in my room. Despite staying for 5 nights, there was no cleaning of rooms, I needed to empty my bathroom bin myself into outdoor bins. When I did request fresh towels for the last two nights, they were provided quickly. Whilst rooms were comfortable, the screens had gaps and some small holes meant that there were bugs. Thankfully the flies that were in my room on arrival died after the second night allowing me to sleep better for the last few nights. Was a little cold the first night and asked regarding how to turn on the heater, but was told that these could only be used in the winter. Was provided with additional blankets to improve my comfort.

Ubicación y espacio.

Que tengas que comprar tu papel higiénico, no hay artefactos eléctricos como microondas hervidor y horno. Problema con la wifi muy inestable, falta calefacción, nos pasaron una estufa electrónica a parafina, dejaba pasado a parafina y al rato se pegaba el ventilador, casa muy fría y con poca luz Natura.
