Stylish and comfortable

Immaculately clean, felt very new and modern. Plenty of space for a family of four . Very comfortable beds. Beautiful large window with a great view of the garden and goats. My kids thought the massive TV was great. Not too far from the channel tunnel so perfect for a weekend away from the UK.

Struggled a little with the oven (a single combi microwave/grill/oven), was able to work it out using common sense but wouldn't have been possible to cook/roast a big meal. No baking trays. Not really a problem and I hope it won't put anyone off booking this place as it is amazing, it certainly wouldn't stop me from returning.

Tranquil, comfortable and within easy reach by car of places of interest.

Modern, well planned and beautifully designed. Property has all of the facilities required for a comfortable stay. On site car parking, privacy and tranquility were a bonus. Excellent hosts.

Make Marvelous Merendree Memories

A really lovely holiday home in a beautiful location. The architecture is very good and the floor to ceiling windows allow great views and lots of natural light. Fabulous. Very comfortable and well equipped.

The stairs to the bedrooms are quite dangerous. I would suggest a second hand rail on the opposite side of the existing hand rail would be a very good idea here. Be very careful if you are wearing socks.

Perfect home in travel distance to Ghent.

Lovely thoughtful touches - coffee, nibbles, eye mask, amongst other things. Beautifully clean. Huge tv for watching movies! Everything was just perfect. We would absolutely stay again.

the property was in excellent order and had all that you required for a holiday . A location easily accessible for cycling and walking. the train station is 5 minutes away where you can get a quick trip to ghent or Brugge .

Beautiful house.

A beautiful place, the decor is fabulous and everything has been thought of. It is very comfortable and the garden was great for our two young children, especially feeding the goats with Jelle! It was great enroute to Netherlands.

The only downside for us was the location, whilst it is lovely there really is nothing around it and even the Spar shop is 10 minutes walking along the road. Having said that, Gent and Bruges are a short journey away which is great.

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus Nähe Gent und Brügge ...

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit moderner Einrichtung, sehr nette Gastgeber dazu ein schöner Garten mit Ziegen ;-) Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Ausflugsziele wie Gent, Brügge oder ans Meer z.B. nach De Haan sind nicht weit entfernt.

Sehr nett, mit kleinen Abstrichen

Sehr nettes Häuschen, mit sehr großem Garten. Für die Kinder ganz besonders waren die Ziegen und der kleine Spielplatz. Man kann hier wirklich gut entspannen. Das Haus bietet eigentlich alles was man so braucht. Check in war unkompliziert und besonders nett fanden wir das kleine Willkommenspaket.

Die Schlafräume befinden sich im oberen Stock. Das ist ja grundsätzlich ok. Leider sind sie nicht allzu geräumig. Die große Fensterfront ist wirklich wunderschön, aber leider lässt sie sich nicht verdunkeln. Gerade im Juli war es im Schlafbereich daher abends und frühmorgens sehr hell. Die angrenzende Straße ist teilweise etwas laut. Da sie nicht allzu stark befahren ist war das für uns aber kein großes Problem

Nous avons passé un séjour vraiment top ! L'accueil était chaleureux, la maison irréprochable, décorée avec goût et parfaitement équipée – rien ne manque. On a particulièrement apprécié la chambre à l'étage avec vue sur la cour grâce à la baie vitrée, c’est un vrai petit plus. La tres grande TV, la belle salle de bain avec grande douche à l’italienne, et l’optimisation de chaque espace rendent le logement encore plus agréable. Une adresse qu’on recommande sans hésiter !

Wat een licht!!

Heerlijk huis, in werkelijkheid nog mooier dan op de foto's. Lekker licht door het grote raam en we hebben genoten van de ruime tuin. In huis is alles voorhanden om lekker te koken, te chillen (mega tv en lekkere bank) en goed te slapen. Ook fijn dat de 1-persoonsbedden van een echt goede matras zijn voorzien, dat is niet overal zo. Inrichting tot in de puntjes verzorgd en veel tips voor wandelingen/fietsroutes in de buurt. Brugge en Gent goed bereikbaar vanuit hier.

Dat we uiteindelijk toch weer naar huis moesten.

Prachtig huis voor quality time met ons gezin

Aan alles is gedacht. Zelfs aan servies en bestek voor kinderen. Het is heerlijk wakker worden met uitzicht op het weiland en geitjes. We werden 2 ochtenden getrakteerd met een prachtig zonsopkomst. Het huis is echt perfect en de host is aardig. Duidelijke fijne communicatie. We komen zeker terug in de lente/zomer.

Niks! Alles was prima geregeld. En zelfs toen we plotseling geen warm water hadden, kwam de host naar ons toe om te kijken wat er aan de hand was. Hele fijne service.
