The convenient location. Walking distance to cafes and waterfront and easy access by car.
We had a little bit of bother with the lights not working but Chris helped us sort it.

Big spacious studio literally minutes from the port and the railway park. The host is a lovely lady that met us outside the apartment and ensured we had everything we needed. The guest also has access to a small patio for drying clothes. The studio has a very comfortable bed, a kitchen with all the amenities and a well sized bathroom. The area is safe and quiet and for 50 euros a night, it was a steal. Nearby there is a mini market and a traditional bakery. Very happy with my choice.

The location was great - near to both the harbour and marina with plenty of cafes looking on to the sea. It was easy to walk into the main centre and enjoy all that Kalamata has to offer. We also appreciated having fresh linen halfway through the stay - much needed during the hot weather.
Our main issue was that the property looked as if it had exclusive access to an outside courtyard which wasn't the case. It was a shared courtyard and you had to access it by going on to the street and using a separate locked entrance. The bathroom could do with a bit of an update and the kitchen lacked some utensils ie a bread knife and scissors.
