The flat was very modern, cozy and clean. We feel like at home. Owner was extremely nice and she help to us with lots of things. She tell us what to do in Kalamata, what to see, what restaurants and bars are good. Her dad is pleasantest men what I know, bcs he told us little bit about Kalamata and Sparti. We have nice talk about Greek Gods and he took us to the airport. Also with my friend, we don't have opportunity goes to the Sparti and he told me he take me there next year. That was very nice gesture. ♡ I'm looking forward for the next year to go there. Thanks to Owner and Achilles. (:

This is an apartment with good layout in a good position near the services. The apartment is facing the mountains and other private houses which is nice. There was some good appliances such as an F&U smart tv and an espresso machine. The door telephone was also handy for food deliveries. When we needed help with the toilet seat the host was quick to help. There is a big balcony with a beautiful view to the mountains that is a very pleasant place to spend some time during morning or evening. The aircon in the living room is new and cools also the bedroom where there is a separate older ac unit. There were also some nice new textiles such as curtains and refined cosmetic products such as Old Spice shower gel available. During the night the house and surroundings were very quiet so one could sleep windows open if desired. The immediate surroundings of the appartment were very safe and neighbours were good local families.

The bed mattress was quite hard in classical 80 - 90's Greek fashion. The next door neighbour has a caged bird singing in her balcony during daytime (from 7 AM). This does not bother when all windows are closed. The mobile wifi connection by Cosmote / Huawei mobile router was unreliable and the connection was off many times. The professionally taken pictures in the Booking don't give full account of the premises as some details need renovation and/or maintenance in future (such as older Ideal Standard toilet seat, the plumbing of the bathroom and the integrated insect nets in the windows and balkony doors). Also the frying pan was not easy to maintain as it lacked a proper Teflon or similar style easy cleaning coating. The ceramic heating plates of the stove were not easy to operate becuse of the partly invisible inacriptions in the operational buttons.
