We loved this hotel. I traveled with my mom so I was sleeping on the couch. The couch mattress was super nice and soft. I love how calm and relaxing the place is. The stuff is absolutely amazing and helpful.
The only thing I would suggest is improving the breakfast more - more diversity and more fresh sweets.

The venue was so tranquil and beautiful. The staff were very good and Marco was very helpful and friendly.
The food both at breakfast and dinner was superb.
The only small note we could make was we didn't always feel the benefit of the air-con throughout the room because the upstairs unit wasn’t working, only the downstairs was. However this didn’t impact our stay and we would happily go back!

The hotel was super clean — our room was cleaned every day, and the bed linen and towels were changed at least every three days. The staff were amazing: always friendly, happy to help, and full of great tips on where to go and what to see.
They also gave us two beach umbrellas, which was a nice touch.
On our first evening, we asked about mosquitoes — they got repellent for us and even treated the area the next day.
We had an early departure, and they kindly packed breakfast for us to take with us. Such thoughtful service!
There are two pools — a shallow one for kids and a larger one for everyone else. Pool towels are provided, and there’s a great bathroom and shower area right under the pool — all clean and super convenient. The bar is also pretty good!
The location is great — just 15 minutes from the airport and the city center, but still really peaceful and quiet.

The hotel itself is satisfying
The breakfast is everyday the same, with leftover cakes from the day before and 3 kinds of fruits that are not fresh, scrambled eggs taste like steamed instead of fried, fruit juices that are bottled supermarket stuff. One can find better breakfast in Ibis! The lunch tastes good but the portion is so small that you can take it for children size. The worst of all, the hotel is in the middle of no where, even no place to take a walk, because outside is a road with no pavement. I wonder how a hotel like this gets 5 stars.
