The Villas are located about 5 minutes drive from Rawai beach and the same to Nai Harn beach. The Villas have staff for maintenance and Villa cleaning on site during the day and are available after hour on WhatsApp. Staff are friendly and approachable. We had a 2 bedroom Villa and 2 friends from Australia stayed with us for the 12 days. Facilities were quite good, plenty of hot water and good water pressure, air conditioning was also good, Netflix available for log in. The pool was perfect very low chlorine level and no burning eyes. Plenty of pool towels available as often as you wanted.

These are only for reference and improvement for management of the site and these issues were small rather than having a large impact on our stay. On arrival we were after 5pm so we had to use a key lock box which went well but it took us about 10 minutes to find our villa, luckily they sent a picture of the name of villa located on the front entrance, a rough map that shows the villa location would help immensely. All of the local delivery drivers we used could not find it either, we had to talk them in. The Villa was 2 bedroom and only had 2 sun lounges, there were 4 of us, I am sure we could have gotten 2 more if we asked but why should you need to ask. The villas were only serviced every 7 days, my experience is they generally do this every 5 days. Short on some cooking equipment like tongs, no chopping board, and so one, the 2 hot plate stove was a little difficult but we managed it. No instructions on how to use any of the electrics like microwave, stove, TV etc. The management team needs to add documented support for provision of information on what is available if needed.

Location was fantastic, loved it.

Place is big good for 3 couples, nice pool with bubbles, location is very good, with scooter everything 5 min drive. Place was quite clean and quite modern.

Since we have places to compare with, we stayed in 3 different villas, unfortunately this was the worst one Place it self is ok, but there are a lot of things which lacks. No cleaning included, have to pay 1200bth for each time, for late check out asking double hourly rate. Place it self has problems with mold, first floor smells not very good. Humidity and mold in first floor quite a lot. We bought some refreshing stuff and some candles, helped a little bit. All cupboards when you open them smells like mold, so you get disgusting feeling and don’t want to use dishes from cupboards. No dishwasher, so had to wash dishes before use because of smell and after use. It was our honeymoon, didn’t leave any nice surprise or decorated bed. Not very thoughtful. In the kitchen nothing extra, dish soap had to buy ourselves pepper, salt etc. Place was not cozy and very impersonal. And very easy to hear neighbors, but it didn’t disturb us.
