Gli host della struttura si sono dimostrati estremamente disponibili e sempre pronti a soddisfare le nostre esigenze. Durante la prenotazione si era creato un piccolo misunderstanding, dovuto a una mia svista, ma la situazione è stata risolta in meno di cinque minuti con grande rapidità e cortesia. Una menzione particolare va a Paolo, proprietario del residence, che si è dimostrato una persona davvero disponibile e attenta: si è persino offerto di accompagnarci fino al centro, evitandoci una salita piuttosto impegnativa. Esperienza molto positiva, soprattutto per l’accoglienza e la disponibilità dimostrate.
