"I stumbled upon Lupin the III Room Stay at the end of my journey, just as I was disembarking from the ferry in Civitavecchia. I have to say, the check-in process was a breeze! The classic code box made it quick and easy to get in - just 30 seconds, compared to the 30 minutes I've spent on other hotels' apps 😊. The place was clean, had an awesome energy, and the kitchen had some amazing baked goods that were absolutely delicious. If you're looking for a spot close to the beach and the train station (which is conveniently right in front), I'd definitely recommend Lupin the III Room Stay."

Air conditioning and the decor
Kids room was hot! But ours was Lovely. There was lots of banging in the pipes when the water was used or toilet flushed. People were noisy in the kitchen at night.

very well appointed, beautifully decorated, and scrupulously clean - 3rd floor - 2 en-suite bedrooms with shared kitchen
access to quirkily minuscule retrofit lift requires ascending stairs, and key - the key you will not have when departing

Close to restaurants and train and water
It was difficult with communication for key and accessing the unit. Unit was small for the price paid. Breakfast was provided but very basic and was in there from the night before.
