Like the concept, and the location

Location and the rooms were nicely decorated. Loved the food provided in the shared kitchen.
When we arrived we were not able to communicate with the host. Our phone was not able to call internationally. A person who lived in the building was kind enough to call the host for us. The property listed a blow drier but one was not provided due to a local ordnance.

"I stumbled upon Lupin the III Room Stay at the end of my journey, just as I was disembarking from the ferry in Civitavecchia. I have to say, the check-in process was a breeze! The classic code box made it quick and easy to get in - just 30 seconds, compared to the 30 minutes I've spent on other hotels' apps 😊. The place was clean, had an awesome energy, and the kitchen had some amazing baked goods that were absolutely delicious. If you're looking for a spot close to the beach and the train station (which is conveniently right in front), I'd definitely recommend Lupin the III Room Stay."

Somewhat cheap and somehow clean.
Common kitchen. It is one apartment turned into 2 rented rooms. Ok for 1 night stay, not ok for more.
