Location, view, staff,
Interior lighting low, no microwave, TV without OTTs, extremely precarious gradient for cars to bed driven up to property with no lights enroute at all

We had a pleasant stay at Berg Ooty. The location is beautiful and peaceful, with a private villa setup that offers lovely views and good privacy. The staff were polite and helpful during our stay, which made the experience comfortable.
On the downside, basic disposables like soap, toothpaste and comb weren’t provided, and the kitchen utensils were quite minimal. The staff leave by 6 PM, so post-evening assistance is limited. They live near the villa, but will take some time to arrive. The drive up to the villa can be a bit tricky, but SUVs should manage it without much trouble.

the rooms and washrooms are verg small. it’s not worth the money from inside.
