El alojamiento es completamente nuevo. Muy equipado para tener todas las comodidades necesarias en tu viaje. Céntrico y la ubicación es perfecta. Destacar la atención de Pedro, muy servicial.

Sin duda la ubicación del apartamento es lo mejor que tiene, en pleno centro de Ponta Delgada. Puedes ir caminando a casi todos los lugares de la capital, y el aparcamiento te indica el anfitrión algunas ideas muy buenas para aparcar relativamente cerca sin coste. Las instalaciones del apartamento están muy bien también, la cocina , habitación, salón y cuarto de baño, todo muy completo.
De las instalaciones del apartamento, el store que había en la habitación dejaba entrar mucha luz desde muy temprano, y también que justo enfrente hay una empresa-almacén de reciclaje de residuos y hay bastante ruido tanto por las noches hasta incluso después de las 12 de la noche , como a primera hora de la mañana. De resto , todo bien.

Super bem localizado, ambiente moderno, ótimas condições!! Tudo decorado com bom gosto e a cozinha está muito bem equipada. O Pedro foi sempre muito disponível para qualquer questão.
Infelizmente pela localização ser tão central era difícil estacionar mas nada que umas voltinhas extra não resolvessem. De resto tudo perfeito!
