Perfect home away from home for a family beach break

Well situated apartment one row back from the beach, with two supermarkets and the main shopping street within 5 minutes' walk. The apartment is well equipped and there are no words to describe how much stuff there is in the kitchen. As others have mentioned, the tram runs in front of the building and is somewhat noisy but does not interfere with sleeping. Pro tip: prepared foods from Saumon d'Or are better than most restaurants and they have refrigerated vending machines that operate outside regular hours for those days when you don't leave the beach until late, can't be bothered to cook and just don't feel like going to a restaurant.

A fabulous stay in a very spacious and stylish apartment.

The layout, the size of the apartment, closeness to beach and local amenities location, the apartment decor and facilities, the fact a parking space is included. The kitchen was very well stocked with every utensil or piece of crockery you could require!

Bedding sheets not included in the cost- at an additional charge. Think this needs to be made clearer on booking.

Great apartment in a great seaside location!

The host is very friendly and flexible, she made herself available for the check in and out although the initially agreed hours had to be changed because of traffic/weather from our side. The house is great for a weekend getaway with friends or family, the house has literally everything and it's super well equipped. Rooms are big, beds are great and it's also very clean. Kitchen is a dream of appliances and accessories that make you enjoy your holidays so much more. The apartment is across the sea and just around the corner from the shopping street, supermarket and restos/bars. We could not have wished for more!

Idéal pour famille nombreuse mais à fuir pour le repos

- L’emplacement est idéal à côté des commerces et de la plage - il y a beaucoup d’équipements (même si un micro ondes absent serait plus appréciable que la cave à vin) et le box de parking est un plus. - Les vidéos explicatives ( même si en français ce serait encore mieux) - Le contact avec la propriétaire

-La literie cheap premier prix (nous sommes partis avec mal au dos) - Le tramway qui passe sous les fenêtres et fait trembler l’appartement - Le manque d’insonorisation (on entend la télé des voisins et merci les chaises traînées le matin à 07h!) - Pourquoi devoir amener notre couchage et nos serviettes alors que les armoires en débordent? - La cheminée à gaz qui figure sur les photos ne fonctionnait pas - La vue de la chambre arrière sur les amas d’ordures des pigeons est répugnante.

Lumière, espace et détente

La disponibilité et la réactivité de la propriétaire, l'accessibilité (facile d'accès en tram+ garage à disposition), l'emplacement (très prés de la plage et des magasins, tout peut être fait à pied), la luminosité de l'appartement, l'espace (beaucoup plus spacieux que ce que les photos ne laissent deviner), les équipements (cuisine et nettoyage), appart bien insonorisé (idéal quand on a de jeunes enfants).

Le bruit du tram (fréquence sans doute plus importante en été) mais primo on s'y habitue après un jour et secundo le but de mon séjour n' était pas de rester enfermer à l'appartement. Cela n'enlève ne rien la qualité intrinsèque de l'appartement.

Zeer ruim; alles voorzien; zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar; kortbij winkelstraat; kortbij strand

Tram brengt behoorlijk wat geluid mee waardoor inslapen moeilijk is en ‘s ochtends vroeg wakker.
