Good location but would not stay again.

The location to Plopsaland and the beach .

Unfortunately it was very unclean . Floors were extremely filthy , mattresses and pillows provided were soiled with stains . We had to put towels down to avoid contact with our own bed linen. There were Ants all over the floor in the main living area and on the outside dining space .

Relaxing location & chalet with nice porch, extraordinary host

Clean and quiet location within walking distance from the city and the beach. The staff is really attentive to the visitors' needs. They speak several languages. I'd add a personal thank for the staff being so helpful, as they called to let me know I've forgotten an item in their cabin and they made the effort in posting it to me.

Our stay was perfect for a family.

Very comfortable beds and very clean. We loved the outside space we had and made good use of it.

On arrival we realised there was no oven only a hob and microwave. We were a little surprised but we still cooked some lovely family meals.

The chalet was really nice, seems small when you arrive but surprisingly can fit 5 people comfortably with lots of packing space!

Passable

The chalet was very clean and there was a nice coffee machine with a variety coffee caps. It was in walking distance from the town centre and it was great to be able to order fresh bread and have it delivered for breakfast

The weekend turned out to be cold and rainy. The heating was not working in the beginning and I had to ask somebody to fix it. I asked about the hot water as well as it didn't seem to work properly. Initially, they said it was normal. However, the water in the shower was continuously getting cold. The next day they changed the gas bottle, as it turned out to be empty (they could have checked that earlier). Even when the gas bottle was changed the temperature shower was still not working well. When I informed reception at check-out they told me that this was a recurrent problem and they would get it fixed. They didn't even offer compensation for this discomfort and should not have rented out that chalet without fixing the issue first.

We did enjoy our stay. The receptionist was kind and helpful.

There's an open terrace and the location is just 5 mins drive to the center.

No garbage bin in the kitchen and in the toilet. Not enough kitchen utensils like spatula and a big salad bowl.

Camping in very good location, close to center and beach, best accessibility by bikes. Very quiet. Just was missing kitchen cleaning supplies, but didn’t ask if can be provided. According the wish, breakfast (bread) can be delivered. Will comeback if decide to go to the Belgian coast.

Fijn verblijf op wandelafstand van de zee.

Alles. Zeer fijne&gezellige luxe chalet. Trouwens gratis update,waarvoor dank. Vriendelijke ontvangst&steeds bereikbaar.Onthaal fijn om binnen te stappen. Chalet in een zeer rustig hoekje met mooi uitzicht op bos. De mogelijkheid om het op te warmen zodat het fijn vertoeven is. Zeer leuke en grote zitbank. Bedden waren zelfs opgemaakt&handdoeken lagen klaar. Goede nachtrust door stilte&comfort slaapkamer met aangrenzende badkamer. De wandeling naar zee ontspannend en dichtbij. Aangenaam verblijf.
