This is the worst place I have ever stayed. A complete rip off.

There were was no bed just a dirty sofa bed which I had to assemble myself, there were no bed sheets, just a couple of dirty duvets that were stuffed in a wooden chest, there was no soap for a shower, no towels, there wasn't even any toilet paper. The radiators didn't work so I was cold during the night and now the host is trying to extort more money from me for rubbish that was left by a previous guest on top of the 70 Euros that I paid for the night. I will be lodging a complaint to the website.

We booked the apartment, and we had to phone the owner many times before they could give us the information to find the apartment and find a way to open the doors From booking the apartment till we get help we spend more and 3 hours. This is a big joke, and booking should be a shame for this.

Cozy accommodation. Nice sitting on the balcony under the awning.

The space of the flat is rather limited. Taller or bulkier people could have difficulties fitting in. The furniture would need a bit of maintenance. Some shelves were loose, for example.

Not clean

The location was good - not in the middle of everything. We enjoyed having a little balcony.

The apartment sadly wasn't clean at all. There were many hair on matresses, floor and in the shower. We even found a glass with a not definable fluid in a kitchen cabinet.. After contacting the owner, she told me that the cleaning service has been there before our arrival and wished a happy stay. Sadly she didn't even offer a solution for the filthiness of the apartment. The hose of the toilet were also broken, when we arrived. Luckily this was fixed the day after. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this studio as cleanliness doesn't seem to be important for the owners.

Great, small apartment close to the beach

Great location, nice, cosy, small apartment, walking distance from the beach, great contact with the host, super friendly and helpful

Maybe it would be better to increase the price to include cleaning in it, as not all guests will really clean after themselves, though it's nice to give this possibility, I think it's better to raise the price to make sure next guests will find really clean apartment

L'emplacement Acces direct à la ville et la plage

1/Devoir faire un jeux de piste pour pouvoir se procurer la clés. 2/Le fait qu'il n'y ai pas de place de parking gratuis à proche proximité (pas évident pour monter les affaires) 3/La propreté laisse a désirer. 4/les draps des annees 1960 en supplément 25 euros pour 2 personnes , trop petit pour le canapé lit, et de plus les fermetures des housse d'oreillers cassées.

bon séjour

L'emplacement est très pratique, pas loin de la plage. Le parking, qui était noté gratuit sur l'annonce ne l'est qu'à certaines périodes (pas en août évidemment). Il est possible de se garer à l'église avec de la chance car c'est tout le temps plein. Les instructions de l'hôte étaient claires et elle s'est montrée très réactive (WhatsApp).

L'appartement est fonctionnel mais très petit. TB pour quelques jours avec beau temps. Il y avait une forte odeur d'égout venant de la sdb/wc. On entend fort les voitures même avec les fenêtres fermées. La chambre, très petite n'a pas de 'vraie' porte donc le bruit s'entend très fort entre le salon et la chambre. Il n'y a pas de wifi mais ça permet de se déconnecter !

De locatie is goed, dicht bij het strand en winkels.

De studio is heel slecht onderhouden. Na het boeken wordt er extra geld gevraagd om te poetsen, ik heb spijt dat ik hiervoor betaald heb. Bij aankomst was de studio nog vuil. Hiervoor met de hoste contact opgenomen en dan is er een poetsvrouw geweest. We konden dan pas 2u later in de studio dan afgesproken. De dag nadien wilde ze een loodgieter sturen om 9u 's morgens om een lekkend toilet te herstellen. Wij hadden andere plannen die dag, dus liever niet. Toen we wilden koken merkten we op dat het keukengerei niet proper is, ook lag er nog ondergoed in de schuif onder de wastafel van een vorige huurder. De hoste vindt het niet nodig om voor al deze overlast een tegemoetkoming te doen zoals ik gevraagd heb. Zelfs het bedrag voor het poetsen terug betalen, weigert ze te doen. Wij hebben al veel accommodaties geboekt via booking.com, maar dit hebben we nog nooit meegemaakt.

Rapport qualité, prix, un peu cher, propriétaire réactive, bien situé

L’appartement est bien situé à 10 minutes, à pied de la mère, et à deux minutes de la rue commerçante. Il est de bonne taille et pratique

Je l’ai partagé à la propriétaire, la literie est tout à fait insatisfaisante ainsi que le canapé du salon. Ce sont deux mousses posés sur les planches en bois. La propriétaire s’est engagée à les remplacer après notre départ.

Tout est à proximité (commerces, transports.), c´est calme, tous les équipements nécessaires étaient présents dans la location.

Schöne Lage

Chemischer und gesundheitsschädlicher Geruch, der trotz des langen Lüftens nicht zu entfernen war. Die Wohnfläche beträgt keine 50 Quadratmeter. Auf dem Bett und den Kissen waren diverse Haare. Der Mülleimer war voll mit Müll. Der Vermieter reagiert nicht auf die Mängelrügen. Wir sind vorzeitig abgereist, da das Übernachten aufgrund des Geruchs unmöglich war. Wir wollten uns nicht vergiften. Eine Erstattung der Kosten haben wir vom Vermieter nicht bekommen

Très bien ! A refaire sans hésitation lors d'une prochaine escapade.

L'appartement est cosy et très bien situé. Le parking (payant ou gratuit) est facilement accessible. A deux pas de la rue commerçante et face à une plaine de jeux, c'est l'endroit idéal pour un petit week-end en famille. La propriétaire a été adorable et a pris le temps de nous appeler pour récupérer les clés. Elle pris le temps de nous expliquer comment faire et tout a été comme sur des roulettes.

Petit bémol : Il faisait très froid dans l'appartement quand nous sommes arrivés (9 degrés). Il aurait été souhaitable que le chauffage soit en route (surtout que nous étions avec nos deux petits garçons). Mais une fois le radiateur et la chaufferette allumés, cela s'est bien réchauffé.
