Tivemos uma excelente estadia! O apartamento estava impecavelmente limpo, muito confortável, moderno e exatamente como nas fotografias. A localização é ótima e o check-in e o check-out foram muito simples. A comunicação com o anfitrião foi sempre rápida e simpática. Sentimo-nos em casa durante toda a estadia. Recomendo sem qualquer dúvida e voltaremos certamente numa próxima visita a Setúbal!

Rustig gelegen, op loop afstand van park, historisch centrum, markt, haven, stations en strand. De huishoudelijke apparaten zoals: kookplaat, waterkoker, koelkast en wasmachine waren uitstekend evenals de badkamer.
Niet echt schoon, maar op verzoek werd het naar tevredenheid schoongemaakt. Het meubilair is enigszins gedateerd,

O facto de ser simples mas espaçosa, das plantas e da zona exterior bastante agradável.
De ter que partilhar o espaço exterior á noite com osgas, tendo noção que elas existem e que não têm culpa que eu não lide bem com a sua presença.

Appartment: very clean, comfortable, big bathroom, 2 toilets, well equipped kitchen, nice location a few minutes from stores, supermarkets and city centre. Great for 2 people and for a couple of days. Helpful, friendly and quick replies. Fast an friendly check in.
Not the fault of the owners, however an important information: People upstairs were very loud and noisy (sounded like they were moving furniture at night, singing, walking around very loudly, banging doors, talking loudly at night, dropping things constantly, playing loud music or TV...). Right next door or upstairs there is a very loud parrot (until late in the evening). So bring earplugs.
