Stayed here on an England cricket weekend when typically Leeds hotel rooms are pricey. If what you want is a bed and private shower room at a sensible price, it does the job nicely. I was a bit apprehensive when booking but need not have been as it all went fine. Staff were great too, friendly and helpful.
Window didn’t open so was a bit on the warm side but not too bad.

I liked the receptionist; he was very nice and welcoming. I also liked the room; it was clean, and I was impressed.
I didn't like the smell of the the corridors leading to the rooms. I would suggest you get a scented plug-in air freshener for the corridors so that it can smell nice and welcoming. The odour in the corridor was not pleasant at all.
