Location, Staff, Price
The window was locked (policy) making the room quite stuffy.
Also new policy means no access to the kitchen.

The staff are excellent & incredibly helpful.
Rooms could have been slightly better but you get exactly what you pay for so not a real complaint.

It wasn't far from the train station or city centre it was basic place to stay the staff was very friendly and helpful
It didn't have a TV or fan because if u don't open the window it can be warm and u have outside noise if u have the window open

the two gentleman on reception were very helpful and kind , the place was spotless
hard to find because of poor sings and no tea making facilities also no hangers
