Very helpful video from the owner about accessing the property, the last step of which was to get the keys from a neighbour, who was very friendly.
The host was on hand to answer my questions throughout my stay, which was great
I booked this property because of the pool, as I am a keen swimmer. It was disappointing to find the pool empty. This was for repairs - so not the fault of the owner - but I would have preferred to know before arriving. It was also a shame that there was no balcony.

Las instalaciones y los servicios están bien. La cama cómoda.
Me pareció muy caro para el estado del estudio. Había 5 ó 6 cortinas bastante cutres que te quitaban las pocas vistas al mar entre los edificios. El menaje era escaso y todas las sartenes se pegaban. Con poco dinero podría estar mucho más acogedor.

"We really liked location of apartment. Very nice small beach is close, called Albufereta. Big 6km San Juan beach is very close by tram and also there is good connection to city center by tram or bus.
