We went to do Velocity and walk up Snowdon, this house was about half an hour drive from the location and ideally situated and had everything we required for our stay.
Parking is on a steep drive. But not a negative, just worth noting to visitors.

Was lovely to arrive Xmas eve to the property having Xmas tree & decorations and also the little bits to help you settle in tea, coffee, milk and even a box of biscuits
Having to leave was the only downside of this stay
