L'appartement ne manque de rien, bien au contraire. La surface est adaptée pour une famille avec 2 enfants. Le prix était contenu, malgré la période. Parking au pied de la résidence. Une rénovation intégrale a dû être faite récemment, il est vraiment bien ce T2. Je recommande sans hésiter.
Le type de chauffage assèche fortement l'air ambiant, ce qui a causé des désagréments à ma femme, déjà sujette à des sinusites, et l'a quelque peu refroidie.
