La limpieza a parte lo supimos una vez hecha la reserva, son 50 eur. Que si no te va bien pagarlos ya no puedes cancelar. Sería idóneo que lo pusieran en el anuncio. Lo demás fue todo perfecto

Le logement était magnifique. Chaleureux et bien équipé.

1.- It is mentioned (althought I didn't observe it when I reserved) that towels and bed sheets are not provided. To kep in mind that the renting for these sheets/towels are: 30€ for the kids bed 20€ for the king size bed 2.- It is mentioned in one of the comments (not in the advertisement) that "No money is required for cleaning, however, it is requested that the apartment be as clean and correct as when the guest arrives." It means that if you take a shower you must clean the shower and if you use the bathroom you must clean it. Clearly, it is required to clean the appartment. If it is not done (or you don't want to do) they clean for you for 50€. This fact is not mentioned in the description of the appartment and MUST be included, in order to know it. Therefore, in comparision with other appartments were towels, sheets and cleaning are included, you should consider that this one is 100€ more expensive that what is mentioned (30+20+50). At last, same appartment in AirBnB is slitghtly more expensive, but cleaning is included.
