L'ensoleillement et le fait d'avoir accès directement au jardin.
Une forte humidité et une odeur de moisi dans l'appartement sûrement du a un manque de chauffage permanent. Surprise lors du départ une surtaxe pour la consommation du chauffage avec un calcul incohérent. Le système calculait le nombre d'heures d'ouverture du chauffage central composé de 2 radiateurs même si ceux ci ne chauffaient pas. On a donc payé une consommation qui ne reflétait pas la réalité. Ce que nous avons payé pour 6 jours correspond à une consommation annuelle de 4 500 € pour 25 m2 ce qui est limite une escroquerie. Le propriétaire aurait dû nous donner plus d'explication sur son système qui est vraiment abusif. Un compteur était installé qui calculait le nombre d'heure d'ouverture de celui ci.
