It’s near the metro station and it’s clean.
The hotel staff doesn’t speak fluente english which makes communication almost impossible without Google Translate. Also, around the hotel all you see at night is prostitutes which is not nice.

The location is perfect. The subway station is just across the street. Many choices at breakfast.

The hotel is close to Kanayama station. Too close to the actual tracks. All evening all we could heard were the trains on the tracks. It got less at night but started again early. Got very little sleep. The bed and the pillows were rock hard too.
