Excellent Stay!

Spacious, really clean and location with views over the harbour were spectacular. I also have to mention the kitchen was so well equipped, we made a full Christmas dinner and had every single utensil and pan at our fingertips. We loved it.

The only downside was check out on Booking.com stated 10am which I felt was a little early, then notification from the hosts said 9am which seemed extremely early especially when checkin was 4pm. That is the only thing that needs to be changed in my opinion.

Lots to look at from the balcony! 😍

I loved the view from the balcony, and the atmosphere at night! We rarely closed the patio doors, it was fantastic and really made our holiday, I could have stayed there and not gone out all week! Very cozy, lots of facilities, well equipped kitchen dishwasher, washing machine, airer for clothes, hoover etc, lovely big shower, good lighting on the bathroom mirror 😍 good location for the marina, shops and cafes. Great value for money and despite a few negatives, we would stop here again.

When we arrived there was a horrible damp smell from the bathroom, which took a few days and some bleach down the toilet and sink to dissipate, we left the bathroom door open constantly, so by the end of the holiday it was non existent, thank goodness. It could just have been that it wasn't occupied or aired out before us, which makes sense. The mattresses weren't very comfortable, so we didn't sleep well, and neither were the settees for sitting and watching the tv, I think we are used to having a back on our settee at home, as we are all 6ft tall, so we ended up with a bit of neck strain. The rusted velux window and the blind in the top bedroom need replacing, but I'm sure the owners must be aware of that. We tried not to use it as I felt like it was going to fall apart. The balcony could do with a clean too as there was a lot of algae and bird droppings all over the decking and balcony rail.

Needed a blind up in top floor roof room as light beemed in each morning. Kitchen could been cleaned bit better,but it was passable.

Lovely apartment but some information not accurate.

Location of apartment was very good as we had a family celebration in the area.

Didn't like that when I booked check in time stated 3pm and check out 10am. However when I booked (non refundable) we received confirmation which stated check in was after 4.30pm and check out was at 9am. I requested a 10am Check out as we were travelling with my 3 year old but I was ignored. I feel like these times should be clearly accurate on booking.com. 9am check out is ridiculously early and had the apartment been refundable I would have booked somewhere else after receiving confirmation email with conflicting information. Felt massively misled and disappointed, especially when I was ignored regarding request to check out at 10am Sunday morning. Think its very unprofessional to not have accurate information at time of booking.

Peace full, relaxing and Enjoyable

This place has Every thing, Spotlessly clean and very comfortable, much bigger than expected and the host has provided everything you need, The views are Amazing , close to lots of places to vists. Even provided games .we would definitely come back infact I'm going to rebook.

The only thing that needs doing is the baloney, it's in need of paint and cleaning Apart from that 10 out 10.

Fantastic apartment with marvellous views of the quays.property had everything you would need. Loved the spacious lounge/diner/kitchen all areas of the apartment were spacious.

The best stay in Milford

The whole apartment is amazing! Really spacious, kitchen with all you need and a great shower. The location is great with a stunning view of the marina to one side and the river to the other. The high ceiling makes it all feel very airy and the neutral decoration adds to it. The key collection couldn't be easier and the host does send really good instructions.

Very good

- Lovely view of marina - Good facilities i.e. Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, etc. - Good shower. - Plenty of parking. - Good local amenities (including supermarket nearby).

- Windows and TV screen had not been cleaned (child's handprints all over the glass!). - Coffee mugs and some of the glasses were not clean. - Advertised as including welcome pack but none provided (not even any tea bags or coffee!) - Pictures of balcony misleading - it's only a juliette style balcony.
