Beautiful home to visit with our adult son who lives a few hours north.

Amazing waterfront view! Comfortable and clean. The remote controlled blinds work very well and you can go from full of light to dark mode to sleep.

The driveway is a little steep making it a little tricky to see incoming traffic but manageable.

Perfect weekend getaway.

The views were absolutely amazing. Such a fun experience to hear and see wildlife so close. We had a few sea lion sightings as well. We had plenty of space for the three of us. We really enjoyed all of the hiking opportunities and exploring Hoodsport and the surrounding area. Hamma Hamma Oyster Saloon (kid friendly) is a must visit!

We couldn't get the wood burning stove to vent properly. Wished there were black out curtains or something heavier in the main bedroom. The streetlamp is pretty bright.

Cool house on the water. No A/C which is a bummer.

It sits directly on the canal and we had seals swimming up to the house the whole time. Saw some starfish and crabs also when the tide went out

When we arrived there was trash all over the property. An animal had pulled it out but the crew who cleaned the house had not cleaned it up. Also there is no A/C

Idyllic Hoodsport gem

the setting, right on the water & exactly as depicted. Great find, kitchen well stocked for our needs, flooded with light from the surround panoramic windows. Very nice & chilled whilst being within easy reach of Olympic Park.

The bottom sheet in master bedroom was very rough & could probably do with replacing but the bed and room were very comfortable & spacious.

Great location, cohesive, well-curated aesthetic. Water comes right up to the door. Nice fireplace.

Cleaning fees were not evidently displayed. I tend to be relatively observant with these things, but I didn't realize there was a >$200/night cleaning fee until I reviewed my receipt. Also road noise

We did have a great time. Found some rock stairs at back of property to go to water. We did not use

Location great. Home very nice. We had what we needed. Beautiful view. Loved that very much.

Outside needs attention. Deck area needs cleaning badly. Many, many spiders and nests. Spent time cleaning to feel comfortable but gave up. No great water access. Wooden stairs missing steps, dangerous. Garbage outside full, no place to put our trash. Window in kitchen would not open. Only 1 dish washer tab. Hand washed dishes which is fine. Just thought for price things would be little cleaner.

Exceeded Every Expectation

Exceptional stay. Beautiful home, incredible view. Thoughtful and extensive amenities. Quiet location and peaceful neighbors. There are only three restaurants in town, but all are delicious and are worth going back to (get the gyozas and huckleberry ice cream at the burger stand & the margarita and carne asada at the Mexican restaurant-- your taste buds will thank you!). Another hidden gem is Andy Peterson's Native American art and sculpture studio just down the road. Stunning work and definitely worth the time. Very close to Olympic National Park, and only 80 min from Port Townsend's adorable downtown and whales watching tours. Our only disappointment is that we couldn't stay longer. Thank you so much. Hopefully we'll have the opportunity to visit again!
