Beautiful apartment with unpolite owner, never again!

We rented the apartment mainly because of its appearance and equipment. The apartment is new, it has new furniture, a new kitchen, sofa, bed, etc. Everything is new. Kitchen is well equipped so you can prepare your meals. Bedroom is very nice. Bed is comfortable for sleeping. There is a big closet for wardrobe. You have wifi that is good in the living room, but weak in the bedroom. The building has elevator so it is easy with suitcases. The location of the apartment is excellent. 5 min from centre by car. There is a public parking zone nearby and there are always place for your car, so you can park there and pay through various parking phone applications. There is no need for private parking, which is not cheap at all.

Every situation that occurs can be solved if you are polite. It is what you say and the way you say it. Unpleasant correspondence with the owner of the apartment regarding bathroom flood caused by false hose under the sink and lack of hot water for shower in the bathroom that almost ruined our stay. Sorry, never again! btw no cable tv, only Netflix. Wifi is not so good in the bedroom.

Owner very horrible and arrogant women.when arriving place her phone switched off very hard to find place then she was came to door 8 o’clock morning was sleeping knocked door and press bell.I was very tired then get up I opened door she’s ask me money.I said go comeback 10am.after she’s arguing with us.then she’s locked us inside after 15 minutes come with police.never back this place 😞🤢😡😡

New, modern and clean place to stay

It was new, modern and very clean. It had all we need for 3 days in Szeged and just 15-20 minutes of walk to the city center. It’s 10 minutes of walk to the Arkad shopping mall. The owner sent us instructions with all required info (code to enter the building, for the wifi, etc.) so we didn’t even see her but everything worked perfect and she was responsive to the messages.

I have been to Szeged a few times, and this is the best place I've rented, the apartment is amazing, has everything you might need, tidy and clean with modern and elegant decor, it gets a fair share of light during the day and it's not far from the city center.
