Location good, handy for shops and local amenities.
Exceptionally noisy, i was in 3214 and it was a nightmare room. I was constantly awakened by people coming in and going out. Loud buzzer anytime someone came in and the main door scratches on the tiles creating a huge amount of noise all hours of day and night. I got little to no rest despite having ear plugs.
