Great campsite but poor management of this home

The home is located on a great campsite where there is lots to do. It is far away from everything which meant a good 10 minute walk to the nearest shop, however if you have bikes/scooters this won’t matter. Being far away also meant it was quiet which we really liked. The home was clean and they provided bedlinen and towels which many of the other camp companies do not do.

It says it sleeps up to 6, there was 5 of us and we found it really cramped. In order to set up the bed, you had to move the table and chairs around which meant we couldn’t access the kitchen when it was set up. This was a frustrating process, especially as the bed was not comfy. The office to pick up the keys is about a 7 minute drive away and we had to do this for check in and check out. The directions took us to the wrong place which was inconvenient. It was just a hassle in general. We also had to contact the ‘manager’ during our stay - the water was so hot my daughter burnt herself and had blisters from the burn it was so bad. We were told they would let the owner know. We also went to use the grill which we had to attempt to clean first as it was so dirty only to find it didn’t work. They told us they would tell the owner. Someone turned up to check the water, took the grill and left us with a toastie maker saying they would report the grill. We heard nothing again and were left without a grill which meant we had to throw food away as we couldn’t cook it. We mentioned this at check out as we are requesting a partial refund as not only did we have to throw food away and seek medical attention during our stay, the home did not provide us with all the facilities as stated. Even at check out they said “we will inform the owner.” It seems as if the problems are passed around which means nothing is done about it. If they are indeed managing the property on behalf of someone else, they are not doing a great job. In future we will book through someone else to stay on the campsite.

Large mobile home with huge terrasse in a shady quiet part of the camp site. It is quite new and modern. We really liked it.

5min walk to the next pool, beach and shop. 10min walk to the central area. You have to pick up and drop the keys at another location, 15min driving.

No parking in front of MH most of the time need to walk approximately 100m, far from all amenities.

position of MH from all amenities (minimum 5min of walk), far from reception and it’s not part of Campsite but is private owned so for any issue need to contact agency witch is located 13km. limited parking spaces have to walk more than 100m, smell of Gas ( after a call they still didn’t fix it )

Disappointing accommodation

It is in a massive camping site, which is great. The beach, the pool, the amenities are excellent. Umag is close enough, and there are wonderful places to visit nearby. Would definitely return to the camp, but would never in this mobile home.

Our mobile home wasn't clean on arrival. Contacted the office who deals with the check in (about 15 minutes by car from the mobile home) , and they promised cleaning in an hour, however we ended up waiting almost 4 hours to be able to get in the property. The cleaners cleaned it, however they didn't clean the house to a high standard... We had to wait on the terrace in the heat, and couldn't go anywhere as we had our dog with us who can't be just left in the mobile home or in the car unattended. They ruined our first day of stay, and we still had to pay full price for that day. The staff who deals with complaints need training on how to talk to guests, and need to be explained what good customer service is! The mobile home is quite far from the amenities, the path to the mobile home is not lit, so when dark it's not easy to walk back. It is near the main road, so you can hear the cars all day. They only left 2 clean towels for the whole week! There are no essentials provided at all ( soap, dishwashing liquid or sponge, mop, dustpan or bin liners). The mobile home doesn't worth the price.

Mobilny dom je naozaj velmi dobry, kemp je super.

Mobilny dom bol pomerne novy, kemp tak isto, vybavenie, obrovska terasa, tv, klima, dve sprchy, varna doska, komplet vybavenie kuchyne aj s mikrovlnkou, varnou kanvicou a elektrickym grilom.

Jedna izba je naozaj len pre deti, nie pre dospelych, mozno tak pre mensie a lahsie zeny 🙂 izba malicka, postele velmi nizke so strasne mäkkým matracom. Po jednej noci som sa musel prestahovat do obyvacky a spal na pohovke. Dalsim minusom je ze kluce sa nedali vyzdvihnut v kempe alebo na recepcii, ale v 20km vzdialenej cestovnej agenture. Odovzdanie klucov to iste.

Aki teheti menjen főszezonban, aki a csendet és pihenést szeretné, annak kitűnő az utószezon.

Ízlésesen épített faházak, a normál beszédhang nem hallatszott át. A konyha jól felszerelt, ha valaki hosszabb időre is megy. Tisztaság volt mindenütt, ahogy beléptünk. Nagyon jól eső érzés, hogy mindenkinek (ketten voltunk) saját fürdőszobája, WC-je volt. Nagyon szép és ápolt a környezet, öröm volt kiülni a teraszra, mindenütt nyírt sövény, fák. Ötletesen megoldott kerítés-sövény jelezte 1-1 ház "határát"; balesetmestesen lerakott térburkolat, mindenütt kultúrált szemetes tárolók. Emellett kutyabarát a környék, ami fontos, aki kisállattal érkezik. Közel volt az autónk a házhoz, ami nagy könnyebbséget jelentett.

Nem volt jó hallgatni a száguldó autókat reggel és este, hiszen rögtön az út mellett volt a házunk úgy, hogy közelünkben 15-20 ház teljesen üres volt. Sajnos, fekete apró bogarak voltak a szobákban, az egyikben a szekrény tetején kb. 30-40 db bogártetem már korábbról ott maradt. Kellemetlen, elég sokáig tartó viszketéssel járt a csípésük. A mosogatógépet ahogy kinyitottam, azonnal vissza is csuktam, olyan rettenetes bűz áradt belőle! Fontos lenne akár kitenni, hogy szellőztetni is kellene, no meg tisztán tartani ... ! A Campingben a recepciót kivéve minden területen elég mogorvák voltak az emberek; biztosan szezon vége (szeptember 23-29-ig voltunk) és fáradtak voltak már. Emellett alig volt néhány árus nyitva. Ugyanez nem mondható el Umag belvárosáról, de Katoro területéről sem. Ott mindenki kedves, barátságos, segítőkész volt.

Super Mobilheim - gute Ausstattung - alles da, was man braucht. Sehr sauber und die Einrichtung recht neu.

Die Lage auf dem Campingplatz ist nicht optimal. Ein Pool und Strandabschnitt und ein Supermarkt in Laufnähe - für alles andere braucht man ein Fahrrad oder Roller. Campingplatz ist riesig groß!

Sehr schöner erholsamer Urlaub.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, unbedingt Spülmittel mitbringen. Wir hatten eine Padkaffeemaschine dabei. Es wäre eine filtermaschine da gewesen. Es gibt einen Sandwichtoaster aber keinen normalen Toaster. Mikrowelle war vorhanden. Kein Grill das fanden wir etwas schade. Unbedingt Klopapier mitbringen es war nur eine Rolle vorhanden und in dem Geschäft am Campingplatz sehr teuer.

Die Unterkunft war sehr weit weg vom Meer und vom Pool. Ca 800 Meter. Ein E Roller wäre vom Vorteil gewesen. Oder ein Fahrrad.

Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern eher ungeeignet, (lauter Boden)

Außenbereich war modern und einladend. Beleuchtung und gute Klimaanlage.

Der Boden war eine Katastrophe, wir waren 2 Erwachsene mit 2 Kindern (2&4) und wenn die Kids um 19:30 ins Bett gelegt wurden und man nur einen Schritt im Wohnbereich gemacht hat, hat der Boden so laut geknackt die ganze Zeit dass sie sofort aufgesprungen sind. Wir sind also von 19:30 bis 22 Uhr draußen geblieben um die Kids nicht zu wecken, an Kochen oder Fernschauen war garnicht zu denken. Generell ist das Mobileheim sehr eng und man hat für alles recht wenig Platz, wir waren schon in anderen ähnlichen Unterkünften und da hat es immer gut geklappt. Für uns war der Urlaub leider nicht erholsam und mit recht viel stress verbunden weil die Unterkunft so klein und knartzig war.

Sehr schön aber,

Schlüssel, war in 10km Entfernung zu holen! Chefpersonal war dort unfreundlich die letzten Mobile Homes sind direkt neben der Hauptstrasse. Also ausgenutzt bis zum letzten. Deshalb ist der Preis nicht gerechtfertigt! Autolärm wie auf einer Autobahn. Hier müssten Preisstaffelungen sein!

Obiekt świetny, czysty, nowoczesny i bardzo wygodny! Białe, hotelowe pościele i ręczniki!Kemping to przestronne i cudownie sytuowane miejsce. Ogólna Cichy i sielsko/anielski klimat dla rodzin. Piękna linia brzegowa i wygodne zejścia do morza, prysznice dosłownie wszędzie a strefa basenowa z ekstra widokiem na morze urzekła naszą rodzinkę na maxa. Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie, kultura i uśmiech- serdecznie dziękujemy, polecamy 100%. Było nam wspaniale u Was, pozdrawiamy Gosia i Rafał z dziećmi

Odlično za kraći odmor s obitelji

Lijepa kućica, velika terasa, u okruženju drveće s puno hladovine, dosta mjesta za parking. Djeci se je posebno svidio bazen.

Predlagala bi bolju opremljenost kuhinje sa suđem i možda koju ležaljku više na terasi. Kamp je jako velik, za moj ukus i prevelik, ali to smo znali i prije boravka.

Ruhige Lage für Familien geeignet.

-für eine Familie mit 4Personen genügend Platz. -2 Wc/Du vorhanden 2Schlafzimmer und Küche.

-keinen Lappen in der Küche; haben dann selbst einen gekauft. -Schere hab ich ebenfalls vermisst Info: Es muss Alles selbst gekauft werden Klopapier (2Rollen da) und Geschirrspühltaps (2Stk Da) -beim Geschirrspüler war das Glanzmittel und Salz alle, hab es gemeldet nur niemand hats Interessiert. -Mit kleinen Kinder empfielt es sich einen Bollerwagen mitzunehmen; weil es ist 10min zu gehen bis zum Meer oder Poolbereich. Bis zum Haupteingang ist es 20min-30min.

Es könnte an Gläser, kaffeehaeferl 4 Stück statt nur eines sein. Ansonsten bräuchte ich nicht mehr.

Wäre gerne näher am Strand gewesen. Der Hundestrand bisschen weit zum gehen.

Der Platz ist schön, das Mobilheim ist zweckmäßig und ordentlich, leider mit kleinen Kinder sehr weit weg von den Attakt

Das Mobilheim war sauber. Die Terrasse komplett überdacht.

2 der Gartenstühle gingen kaputt bei ganz normaler Benutzung, mein Mann viel auf die Kante von der Tür und hatte eine kleine Beule. Nach der Mail wurden die Stühle allerdings sehr schnell ausgetauscht gegen neue. Die angegebene Kaffeemaschine entpuppte sich als Expressomaschine haben uns vom Nachbarn dann ihre ausgeliehen. Eine große Schüssel für einen Salat oder Ähnliches gab es nicht. Aber am ärgerlichsten waren die Kinderpools ( unsere Enkel waren mit ihren Eltern ebenfalls in einen Mobilheim) denn konnte man nicht nutzen der war für die Kinderviel zu kalt. Wir hatten den Campingplatz extra dafür ausgesucht.

Wspaniały bardzo duży obiekt. Czystość w całym ośrodku na najwyższym poziomie. Na miejscu wiele barów , restauracji z pysznym jedzeniem, liczne sklepiki. Plaża dla psów. Przemiła obsługa. Uśmiechnięta i serdeczna. Strefy basenów i miejsca dla dzieci. Domki czyste i ok urządzone. Duże tarasy. Polecam. Spędziliśmy fajny pobyt.

spontan Familienurlaub

Unser Bungalow war ganz unten und nicht direkt an der Straße, somit war es recht ruhig. Der Bungalow liegt auf einem riesigen Campingplatz,ganz am äußeren Ende. Es gibt zwei super Pools und der Campingplatz liegt direkt am Meer. Fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder ist der Bungalow top. Es gibt auch sehr viele Spielplätze.

Die Herdplatten werden nur lauwarm, da wahrscheinlich der Starkstrom fehlt. Es gab eine extra Kochplatte mit zwei Kochfeldern zum anschließen, damit konnte man notgedrungen etwas kochen. Natürlich sind die Preise in dem Supermarkt auf dem Campingplatz etwas überteuert aber für Kleinigkeiten wie Wasser etc. OK.
