Room good size and had everything we needed. We were room 1 right next to reception but was quiet. No frills place just used as a base didn't do breakfast. If you want a good location and dont need anything else it works.

Stayed in a Comfort Apartment - a huge space, accompanied with a comfy bedroom and spacious bathroom. However, our double bed was two single mattresses pushed together, with separate single duvets instead of a double. Nevertheless, the apartment was great value for money and the location is superb between the Old Town and Kazimierz

Great rooms and location. Staff very friendly and location also great, were able to travel between old town and new town easily. Amenities felt modern and beds were comfy. AC also great even for March time.

During my first visit to Krakow, I had an exceptional experience at this hotel. The rooms are immaculate, spacious, and elegantly designed with modern tiles, comparable to a five-star standard. The atmosphere is peaceful, ensuring a restful stay. The check-in process was seamless and efficient, making for a smooth arrival.
The breakfast offers excellent value for money, served in a beautifully arranged dining area. Every aspect of my stay exceeded expectations, and I have no reservations in calling this my preferred accommodation in Krakow. While other hotels may also be good, given this outstanding first experience, I see no reason to experiment elsewhere in the future.
