We hope to keep the dakota in mind when we return for another visit especially when ya complete your pool room renovation or repairs ... we do enjoy a relaxing hot tub/jacuzzi
would be nice to have an extra blanket but we forgot to turn off the cool air before sleep

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom looked somewhat newly renovated. The breakfast was fine with eggs/sausages and cereal/toast/bagels/yogurt. The main common areas looked nice.
The intense smell of weed and cigarette smoke in the back half of the building/hallways. The hallways looked under construction/ puddles everywhere/ lights flickering. The pool (which was the whole reason we booked there) was closed for ongoing maintenance. The door keycard reader had a large hole that gave access behind it that made me worried it could be broken into.
