Staff very helpful and nice. Rooms a little more roomier than most.
The heater/air conditioner in our room wouldn’t work… but, equipment wears out so it’s understandable. Staff offered to try to fix it but it was late so we opted to put up with the heat.

In a couple of different causal conversations with the front desk, we were told of discounts that applied. For example we mentioned we were going to go next door to Perkins to grab a bite to eat, and he told us to show our card for 10% off our food bill.
When told about continental breakfast, we mentioned we'd be gone before that due to surgery. He informed us should we need to stay again, in the future to let them know as there is a discount for that too. He also explained with my booking online and being paid for already, it couldn't be reimbursed this time, but we really appreciated knowing that should we have a next time! And he answered questions before I even had to ask them. He did a great job!
Literally the only thing I can think of, is we noticed after showering our room started to have a sewer smell. My husband commented on the shower drain sounding odd. So I covered the drain with a wet rag and the smell discontinued. It was odd to us, but because we could stop the smell, it wasn't a big deal.

Very neat and tidy clean
Not a whole lot of control with other guest being loud and rowdy way too overboard I understand kids can be loud but this was very inconsiderate towards other people in public places and the breakfast was cold and didn't have a whole lot to offer and beds were hard could use a pillow topper.
