The location
The main bed was too soft for us. A very uncomfortable sleep, though my husband does have back issues, so made worse by a soft bed.

Lock box didnt work but they had a second one that was easy to access. When we rang as were having issues our call was answered quickly and an alternative found easily.
Toilet lid was cracked and no large serving dishes. But wasnt an issue
