Casa Chiara, roof terrace, 100m to the historical center

Nagyon szépen felújított lakás, csodás a tetőterasz, és a lenti fürdő is egészen különleges (főleg a mosdó csaptelep 😁). A belváros szélén van, így az elhelyezkedése is optimális.

Az alsó fürdőben a wc tartály nagyon nehezen telik meg, ez okozott egy kis problémát, de ez valójában elhanyagolható 🙂.

The location was good. It was only about 5 minutes walk to the west gate of the old town. There was a supermarket, pharmacies and a number of restaurants and cafes within a 10 minute walk.

The property has not been well maintained. The roof deck floor was in poor condition and had not been properly cleaned. It was unseasonably cold and as a result we had to turn on the. The radiators in the upstairs bedroom and bathroom turned on fine but they were inoperable on the main floor. After contacting our host by WhatsApp, we never met him in the flesh, he suggested that we reset the air conditioner to heating from cooling. As there were no instructions for the air conditioner, and our host provided none, we went on line to view the instruction manual which eventually proved to be successful. There were a number of other minor maintenance items that became apparent during our stay that were aggravating.
