the host prepared everything for an easy and early check-in. The house is spacious and we've enjoyed especially the living room and the outside patio with barbeque.
The tableware (utensils, plates) was not clean - I imagine previous guests haven't cleaned and have just placed it in the drawers, but I suggest the cleaning staff should make a pass and verify the cleanliness.

Nemanja was very friendly and wellcoming. If you are coming with a big family it is a good value for money. Accesses to the house in last 100 meters is a little rough, and more suitable for a car with a bigger clearance. Nemanja just started renting the house, and he is very open for suggestions, we are sure this accommodation will be even better in the following months. He was willing to wait for us although we had very late check in.
