Very communicative , keys in lock box by door. Knew exactly what to expect. Clean accommodations with hotel quality touches. Plenty of seating at pool. Washer! Short 7 min walk to beach down rural road. 5 min walk to bakery - with great coffee. Nice little market just a few mins away.
The only issues we had - had nothing to do with the staff or location. Internet poor - on an island - adjust expectations! I had to do payroll for my staff and it was a challenge with the connection.

Very private and had our own swimming pool. Waking distance to a bakery and grill.
