Miejsce blisko przystanku i sklepu. Lokalizacja idealna na wypady w góry. Możliwość późnego zameldowania.
Prześcieradła dziurawe. W łazience ledwo możliwe wyjście do prysznica. Prysznic przecieka do takiego stopnia że po jednej osobie cała łazienka jest zalana. Łóżka skrzypią.
