Świetnie mieszkanie, kompletnie wyposażone. Był nawet cukier, sól i pieprz 😉 Choć miejscami widać upływ czasu, to jest czyste i zadbane. Nieduże, ale powinno być wygodne nawet dla 4 osób. Dobra lokalizacja. Blisko przystanki tramwajowe i autobusowe. Niedaleko stacja kolejowa. W pobliżu dużo sklepów, marketów, nawet stacja benzynowa. Gastro raczej przeciętne, ale to jednak centrum aglomeracji, więc można bez problemu coś zamówić. W bloku/apartamentowcu cisza i spokój, żadnych imprez, żadnych hałasów.
Niby to 10. piętro, ale hałas z ulicy jednak dociera i jest dokuczliwy szczególnie z rana, więc jeśli ktoś lubi pospać, to jedynie przy zamkniętych oknach, co latem może być trudne. W tv/dekoderze nie były ustawione kanały, więc w razie kiepskiej pogody nie byłoby czego obejrzeć, ale pogoda była wyborna, więc nie był to problem.

Super widok na miasto, bardzo dobra lokalizacja - blisko komunikacja, galeria handlowa, plaża. Wszystko w spacerowej odległości oraz bardzo łatwe połączenie z centrum. Apartament czysty, zadbany. Wszystko ok

bath is a huge plus, a good fridge, stove and microwave, coffee maker, lots of cabinets. There is a compliment - tea coffee. The apartment has great potential. Affordable price
have the windows ever been washed? The clock is standing, although it would create a mood - it would only be worth replacing the battery. bedlinen is also not very fresh.
