Excellent location close to the ferry, shops, and city centre. Ideal base for exploring beaches and hiking trails. The apartment is spacious, clean, and well-equipped with air conditioning, reliable Wi-Fi, and plenty of towels for a week’s stay. Free and ample parking adds to the convenience.

Gute Lage in Portoferraio, sehr schönes und geräumiges Apartment, sehr sauber und aufgeräumt, Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit. Schöne Küchenzeile, die wie aber nicht genutzt haben. Fliegengitter am Badfenster, sodass man zum Lüften auch mal das Fenster offen lassen kann. Bad war ebenfalls sehr sauber. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe per Schlüsselsafe. Sehr gute Versorgung mit Infos zu Apartment und Lage per Mail und Whatsapp. Supermarkt und Pizzeria fußläufig erreichbar. Eigentlich ein klasse Apartment zur Selbstversorgung...
Fehlendes separates Schlafzimmer, im Gegensatz zur Beschreibung: Dort steht auf Deutsch, Wohnzimmer 1 Schlafcouch, Schlafzimmer 1 Schlafcouch. Allein das ist schon nicht eindeutig und man könnte denken, es handele sich um insgesamt 2 Schlafcouchen. Aber in der englischen Zimmerbeschreibung steht dann auch noch "1 separate bedroom", was nicht der Fall war. Wir sind also nach einem anstrengenden Reisetag angekommen und haben lediglich eine Couch vorgefunden, bei der wir dann noch herausfinden mussten, wie sie auszuklappen geht und darauf mit dem üblichen italienischen "Bettenmaterial" (Leintücher) unser Bett machen mussten. Kann man das nicht seitens des Vermieters machen? Denn wenn nur diese eine Bettcouch vorhanden ist, wird kaum jemand diese Couch zum Sitzen vor dem Fernseher nutzen. Darüber hinaus war die Bettcouch zum Schlafen entsprechend unbequem, wie das Bettcouchen in der Regel so sind. Vielleicht mal die Beschreibung überarbeiten? Rücksprache bzw. vorsichtige Reklamation per Whatapp wurde entweder nicht verstanden (Google-Übersetzer?) oder wollte nicht verstanden werden.
Vorschlag: Ein richtiges Bett hinstellen und eine separate Couch. Der Platz ist dafür leicht vorhanden.
