Sehr zentrale Lage, mitten im Getuemmel, an einer geschaeftigen Strasse, jedoch zwischen 23:00-07:30 Uhr ist es relativ ruhig. Balkon mit schoenem Blick. Sehr geraeumig und gut ausgestattet. Fast alles ist zu Fuss zu erreichen. Gutes Wlan, Netflix, gute ausgestattete Kueche, Parkettfussboden. Schoenes, grosses Bad mit grosser Dusche
Die Matraze ist sehr weich mit Haengematten-Effekt. Es gab einen Tresor, der jedoch verschlossen war.

Lokacija je odlična. Stan je dobro opremljen. U blizini je puno barova, pekara i prodavnica na pešačkoj razdaljini. Blizu su i restorani. Dobro je povezan sa saobraćajnicama. Ima dva privatna parkirališta u blizini apartmana na 7min.hoda. 14-20€ dnevno.
Od opremljenosti stana nedostaju samo sitnice poput dzezve, cediljke i novog fena za kosu. Tenda je nesto sto je neophodno na terasi jer je sunce od ranog jutra i neupotrebljiva je za sedenje, cak i za 01.maj je bilo neizdrzvo toplo. Parkiranje na ulici je skoro pa nemoguce. Imaju dosta parking mesta ALI SAMO ZA REZIDENTE, obratiti paznju na oznake za parkiranje. Parket je izuzetno suv i škripi pri najmanjem pokretu. Dusek francuskog ležaja je premekan, ALI i udoban za spavanje iako osecas pokrete 'cimera'. Stan nije za više od dve odrasle osobe ili par sa detetom.

Small things, the mattress is very soft and when one person moves the other person is very aware. Also the floorboards in the bedroom make a lot of noise.
