Spacious, clean, overpriced and most probably wont book again cause of the location

The apartment was very clean, spacious, and spread over three levels. The kitchen was very well equipped, and we appreciated having a garage for the car. The overall design is modern, with a lot of wood, which gives the place a warm and cozy feel. Check-in and check-out were easy and straightforward. Two bathrooms(one with a bathtub) and the other one only with a toilet,sink and bidet

On the downside, the kitchen furniture had a slightly closed/old smell and seemed a bit outdated. The attic on the second floor was cold, while the temperature in the rest of the apartment was fine. The garage door can only be operated manually and only from the inside, although it is spacious enough for an SUV. The location is very far from the city center and difficult to access without a car. It is not just about the distance (at least a 30-minute walk), but also the fact that the route is entirely uphill or downhill, with a lot of climbing. The ski slope is about a 40–45 minute walk away, which is quite far, and taxis are hard to find. The return trip takes even longer, as it is all uphill. Slightly overpriced for what it offers

Great option to visit Bormio, really big house, comfortable rooms and all amenities needed to make the stay great. A big plus for the garage, as we were there with the bikes, we used it as a parking and shop. Good location (even if the hill was a bit of a struggle coming back after pizza and pasta :D), close to the city center and with a great view on the valley. The host was really polite and helpful.

Szczerze odradzam wybór tej nieruchomości!

Opis obiektu jest oszustwem. Brak drugiej łazienki, brak akustyki, sypialnie z przeszklonymi drzwiami zero prywatności, brak odpowiedniej ilości prądu (nie da się używać dwóch urządzeń jednocześnie np. indukcja maks 2 palniki, ale w tym czasie już nie można użyć piekarnika, ani zmywarki. Urządzenia np. wyposażenie kuchni są ale nie działają jak np mikser, radio jest ale niedziałające na kasety, tv to monitor 17” komputerowy. Prosiliśmy kilkukrotnie o podniesienie temperatury która wynosiła 19 stopni (dla nas to było akceptowalne m, Ale byliśmy z niemowlakami)- informowano nas tylko, ze temperatura jest nastawiona na 21.5 stopnia bez konkluzji co dalej. Marzliśmy.

Obsługa nie uznała naszego zgłoszenia o tym, że mimo zamieszczenia na stronie informacji o 2 łazienkach (w jednej wanna, w drugiej prysznic), w jednej była wanna, a w drugiej tylko toaleta. Byliśmy w 7 osób w tym 2 niemowlaków. Wysłano nas do prysznica za garażem gdzie było 15 stopni, a stan do oceny ze zdjęć. Pierwszy raz w życiu piszę opinie aby przestrzec innych przed zniszczonymi wakacjami.

Consigliato soprattutto per l'alloggio

Ho trovato l'appartamento molto pulito, curato e con una bellissima vista sul paese. Posizione distante pochi minuti di auto dal centro e con possibilità di posto auto

Al nostro arrivo non erano presenti le chiavi all'interno del box e siamo dovuti ritornare in paese a ritirarle di persona

Ampiezza e tranquillità

La casa, una villetta a schiera arroccata su una collina che domina Bormio, è molto grande e sì è prestata bene al soggiorno 2 famiglie di 3 persone . Comode le 3 stanze da letto, l'ampia cucina soggiorno ed i 2 bagni anche se uno non ha la doccia. Comodo anche il box privato per parcheggiare l'auto al coperto anche se non ci sono problemi di parcheggio. La zona è molto tranquilla, panoramica e silenziosa.

Per scendere in centro, o comunque per arrivare al primo negozio di alimentari, bisogna prendere l'auto a meno che si è disposti a percorrere circa 25 minuti a piedi che, al ritorno, sono in salita ripida. Nonostante non fossero giornate freddissime, al nostro arrivo l'appartamento era un pò freddo perchè i riscaldamenti forse li avevano appena accesi ed abbiamo dovuto chiedere di alzare la temperatura del termostato .
