The hotel is in a great location which is a short walking distance to Borjomi Central Park, and is also close to both the Museum of Local Lore and the Petre Fortress (which is worth the hike). The room and facilities were clean, the staff was friendly, and the included breakfast was fantastic. The location is also walking distance to plenty of restaurants. We ate at My House, which met out standards for good Georgian cuisine. Made for a great stay in beautiful Borjomi.

The views from the hotel were breathtaking and the breakfast was delicious.

Staff was friendly and hotel was in a good location and well kept. The room had everything needed for a short stay stay in an hotel, including a nice patio. The included breakfast was satisfactory.
The room was rather small for two people. There was barely enough room for luggage to be placed and two people to walk.
Overall, the room felt expensive compared to all other hotels I stayed at in Georgia.

The location
The receptionist had a good behavior
The water was leaking from the spray in the bathroom
The curtains did not close fully
Even though the hotel looks very elite, some of the issues we faced were never faced in other hotels: no spoons were given to stir, the balcony door was not joined properly, overall we got an impression that thing were kept very miserly .. the coffee station was not kept properly. Also we had breakfast included so the chef just came out once and there was no one to ask for other things
