We had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious and well equipped with everything we needed, with a stunning view of the mountains. Breakfast was local and authentic, a little different from what you might expect in more Western destinations, which added to the experience. The staff were kind and helpful, and the massage at the spa was excellent.

The coffee was quite disappointing. Since it is served from a machine, it would have been nice to have a cappuccino option as well. The jacuzzi was not warm enough, and on the day we arrived it was actually rather cold. Also, the hotel’s transfer service felt quite expensive compared with other available options.

My stay at Borjomi Likani Hotel was absolutely wonderful. It was my first visit, and I loved every moment of it. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast is excellent. The hotel is perfect for families, because of the beautiful garden and peaceful surroundings. Spa centre has four sorts of saunas and beautiful swimming pool. I especially loved the steam room. I will definitely return to this hotel and recommend it to anyone. The hotel definitely deserves the stars it has.

We came back here after 3 years and things only changed for the worse. I would like to mention friendly and lovely staff, they were all brilliant. The nature is beautiful, the pool and saunas can be nice if there is no crowd (which there usually is, unfortunately).

The restaurant downstairs is just as terrible as we remember. Overpriced badly prepared food. Main dishes, deserts, everything we ordered was terrible. There were lots of options for breakfast, and most of them were so badly made. Cheap and bad quality food, cold yesterday bread, even the egg dishes were appalling. The pool is overheated. There are no staff members in the pool to make sure the pool rules are respected, so most of the time it's chaos with lots of children jumping in the water, shouting, running, inevitably falling and screaming again. In the room there was no information about the hotel, not even a list of necessary phone numbers. The room is fairly sized but the bed is terrible, the mattress is too soft - a killer for your back. The shower cabin is very outdated and the floor is extremely slippery - it's like I'm in 2002 again. The park is lovely but very badly kept, and the person guarding the ruins of the Romanov dacha is rude. Really, if you have options, stay some place else.
