Gorgeous and Comfortable family home

Beautiful chalet with plenty of room for our family of six. Well equipped kitchen. Nice surprise to be able to use the spa and gym and the hotel next door.

Great option for a group of six people. Good location, you have everything you need. Unfortunately the dishwasher was broken, and they did not fix it during our stay (4 nights).

Penthouse (Bergzeit)

The penthouse was fantastic with great views. Lovely open lounge / kitchen with plenty of space. The chalet is part of the hotel next door (Mountains) which isn't obvious at first - you can use the facilities. Would I stay again, yes, but maybe in a higher chalet during the summer due to the road.

I don't want to be negative, but for us (party of four adults), a proper shower in the ensuite rather than an open bath with shower head combo would be great. The apartment could do with a 'guest manual' I.e info that the hotel facilities that are available for use etc. There is a little road noise but not really a problem during winter (doors closed).

All was good, but the call from the receptionist left us with a bad taste...

The attitude of the receptionist was a s scandal. 30 minutes after we checked-out at the reception and confirmed all is well, she called us shouting at us that she’s going to call police since - according to her – we didn’t pay the bill!!! She didn’t say a thing at the checkout, since… we already paid in advance to Booking.com… Even if something was wrong – this is a BAD attitude and a BAD manner…

You can make use of a near hotel’s facility’s, which is great. But there is not really a place to change before you go to the pool for instance if you are not staying in the hotel.

My only criticism is that the living room light is very bright while the one over the table is lovely. they both come on from the same switch. it would be lovely to have a separate low level light for the living room area to make the space feel cosier

Auszeit in Tirol mit Freunden

Ein sehr schönes Chalet auf zwei Etagen mit viel Geschmack ausgestattet. Tolles Bad im UG mit Sauna. Wir durften den Spa Bereich im Hotel nebenan kostenlos mitbenutzen. Auto konnte man in der Garage parken.

Leider nur ein kleiner Balkon und eine kleine Terrasse vorhanden. Kein eingezäunter Garten für den Hund.

Tolles Chalet mitten in Seefeld

Geschmackvoll und sehr gut ausgestattete Luxuswohnung. Sonnenbalkon. Bequeme Betten. Handtücher, Bademantel von hochwertiger Qualität. Skibus fährt ca. halbstündig (3 min Fußweg). Sehr gute Lage zur schönen Innenstadt.

Die Straße ist recht laut, so dass wir nur mit geschlossenen Fenstern schlafen konnten.
