- Kühlschrank war bei Ankunft leider nicht sauber - Küche sehr klein und eng für vier Erwachsene und ein Kind - wenig Arbeitsfläche in der Küche

Very clean and modern apartment. All was very well kept and new. It is seaview, yes, but there is trees in between. Parking very close and in excellent condition. Easy collection of keys after reception was closed.

Arrival after 20:00h, the description paper to our apartment was terrible, it took us 1 hour to find it! Reception is in Binz, apartment in Prora, a different city..... No real communication up front, just a confirmation we had paid. I tried to ring a few times, always busy, service was to ring back, never happened. I felt like a begger, not like a customer. The shower totally overflowed twice in 4 days, the kitchen is tiny and the pots and pans are cheap. The apartment is fine, but the surrounding is still not very well developped, it will still take a while. Supermarket was 40 minutes walking, in the ad it said parking was 8 € per night, when we booked it they only had places in their garage for 12 € - but on arrival we saw there was lots of free space all over the place. This was a rip-off, also because the garage was totally open space. Not that it is dangerous, but if you are forced to pay for a garage, it is not fair. In the ad it said that you can book a fitness room for 19,90 € per day, this was not possible, as the hotel was full. We hardly ever saw anyone in the fitness though... The lady at the reception of the hotel of the fitness was not very customer friendly - when I asked she was on the phone privately and let me wait for a few minutes.... then just a short "not possible" and back on the phone! The reception is only open from 14:30h, they give you a mobile number to ring, which I did: 5 times no one picked up the phone (between 10:00h and 13:00h, so normal times). All in all a nice apartment, but the entire place and service around it has room to improve. Therefore the price we paid was way too high. For more than 300 € a night I expect much more service!
