perfect getaway for the winter holidays

Fully equipped. Everything was as depicted in the pictures. We really appreciated the cleanliness of this place and loved being able to bring our dog with us for the holidays.

The apartment has a heater system which you are able to control on each room where the minimum level is one. This allows the apartment to be always at a certain temperature, however sometimes we felt it was to warm -we prefer cold weather-, we opened doors and or windows every now and then but would have liked to be able to turn it off.

We enjoyed the beach but missed a real vacation feeling over our stay.

Hosts were super friendly The place is directly at the beach which makes it easy to come and go. The apartment is secure and well equipped Beach basket is included at the beach Great view over the sea even on lower level apartments

The place is not prepared for families with small children: The pool felt 15°C in late June colder than the sea. No outdoor shower to wash of the sand. There was no playground nearby. The closest was a mile away. There was no warm water or indoor pool that you can use nearby. There were very little families but 90% old people who also live in the apartments. No real vacation feeling: The huge and few km long building is as ugly as its history. The new rebuilding is still going on and will take a few more years to finish. It is hard to get a real feeling of vacation in this urban styled environment We missed good restaurants near by. (except the burger place) Taking the car each time to find a good place is tiering.

Familienurlaub mit Hund

Klasse ausgestattetes, riesengroßes Apartment in toller Lage! Mit dem Fahrstuhl bis in die Wohnung - welch ein Luxus. 3 Balkone und eine große Dachterrasse mit fantastischem Ausblick - also zu jeder Tageszeit die Möglichkeit ein Sonnenplätzchen zu finden. Strand und Outdoor Pool unkompliziert in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Unsere Hunde wurden mit Spielzeug liebevoll empfangen! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schnell! Insgesamt auf jeden Fall eine Top-Empfehlung von uns! Kommen gerne wieder!

Die Ausstattung, die Nähe zum Strand und die Sauberkeit waren wirklich herausragend.

Das Wasser in den Waschbecken floss etwas langsam ab, vielleicht können Sie das mal überprüfen.

Würden es im jetzigen Zustand nicht nochmal buchen.

Kücheneinrichtung modern und mit allen Geräten ausgestattet. Perfekte Lage mit traumhafter Aussicht.

Einrichtung benötigt eine Auffrischung. Bereits angegebener Mangel durch vorherigen Gastbewertung wurde leider nicht behoben. Doppeldusche nicht nutzbar, da Duschkopf defekt.

Eine superschöne moderne saubere Ferienwohnung ... der Kamin, die Sauna, die tolle Küche ... einfach wunderbar ✨️

Die Korrespondenz über WhatsApp... der falsche WhatsApp-Code in der Nachricht und das Suchen nach dem richtigen Parkplatz Nachdem wir alles gefunden haben, war es aber perfekt 👌 Auch die Sache mit dem Strandkorb passt im Winter nicht 🤭

Es schallt enorm. Jedes Gespräch vom Außenpool des Hotels beinahe hörbar.

Die Ausstattung der Küche und des Badezimmers

Die Bilder im Internet der Wohnung ohne Meerblick entsprechen nicht der Realität. Der Sitzkomfort des Sofas ist eine Zumutung und die Qualität der Bettwäsche sowie der Kissen sind nur Billig. Eine Flurwand war übergepinselt. Kein Sky oder Netflix Empfang. Möbel sind Ikea Niveau. Der Kamin ging zeitweise nicht.
