Le Maya - studio avec piscine Antibes

L'appartement très propre et agréable dans un complexe résidentiel calme et sécurisé, balcon avec vue jardin, lit très confortable, tout ce qu'il faut est disponible dans l'appartement. L' hôte est super arrangeant et disponible, il nous a permis d'entrer dès le matin dans l'appartement, comme nous étions déjà sur Antibes. Merci à lui d'ailleurs ! On reviendra avec plaisir !

The swimming pool and the balcony!

The bed creaked a lot and was loud! It also would have been nice if there was a little more kitchenware! For our own cooking.

Clean sheets, the owner was nice and polite.

The apartment is basically a small flat in a huge building complex where a lot of people regurarly live. Thin walls, doorbell next door ringing at 1 am, very noisy during the night and we could not get a proper rest. The walk from the “parking place” to the apartment is too long. It is said there is free parking available, but by free parking they mean any place (not marked) on the side of the interior road between these buildings. The owner tried to say that it’s a misunderstanding and that our car is safe because there is a fence around the building, but we all know what does it mean to have a place to park, especially if you have a flat in a building, you obviously have a parking space. So basically, the free private parking in the description is an illegal parking around the building “anywhere you can find” because it is not marked. Our car is brand new and this was simply unacceptable. The apartment is advertised with a swimming pool but did not have a hairdryer. The secound day upon request the owner provided it for us. The owner did not ask us for ID nor did he register us. Very far away from centre, badly connected by public transport, you have to walk a lot (35 min) to the the first bus or train station. Going by car is the best option. Shower drain is clogged, it became a swimming pool only a few seconds after I began showering. Pillows on the sofa bed are used to the point that they barely have anything left inside them.
