Bell’appartamento, piccolo ma funzionale, dotato di tutto quello che serve, con un ampio giardino molto curato. La zona è tranquilla e silenziosa con parcheggio privato. Perfetto per due persone. Fermate dell’autobus nelle vicinanze. Noi abbiamo utilizzato la bicicletta per raggiungere il centro di Antibes e le spiagge di Juan Le Pins. Comodo anche come punto di partenza per escursioni in auto nella zona. Il proprietario è davvero gentile e disponibile. Location consigliatissima.

Das Apartment selbst ist in einer schönen und gepflegten Wohnanlage mit einem kleinen Garten. Die Ausstung ist gut mit Küche und einer Waschmaschine. Das Badezimmer wurde neu renoviert. Der Wohnraum selbst bedürfte einer Renovierung da dieser doch schon recht abgenutzt ist. Außerdem riecht das Apartment sehr muffig und scheint feucht zu sein aufgrund der Erdgeschosslage. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, so hat er uns auch am Bahnhof beim Eintreffen angeholt und uns zu seinem Apartment gebracht. Etwas ungünstig ist die Lage wenn man auf öffentliche Verkehrsmittel angewiesen ist da ab ca. 20.00 Uhr kaum noch verkehren.

Le propriétaire est très gentil. Sachant que son appartement jouxte le studio c'est rassurant de le savoir près de nous en cas de soucis. Il est très discret. Nous avons apprécié avoir un parking pour notre voiture et avons profité de son jardin pour prendre le petit déjeuner. La résidence est très calme. Merci à lui.

Un petit coin de paradis dans un écrin de verdure. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. L'appartement est charmant, calme et le jardin est un vrai bonheur. L'accueil chaleureux et la gentillesse de Monsieur Bernard M nous ont immédiatement séduits. Nous reviendrons avec le plus grand plaisir.

le studio est très agréable, bien équipé , très propre , calme , avec un bon grand lit , une place de parking réservée ; il y fait bon , frais sous les arbres et sur les hauteurs d'Antibes ? de plus , Mr Maldonado est trés accueillant et de bon conseil .
